Carolina SERRANO ARCHIMI is a permanent faculty member of IAE AIX Graduate School of Management, member of the HRM Department, Academic Director of the Full Time MBA in IAE AIX.
Her major teaching domains are Change management, Intercultural management, Leadership, Consulting practice, and Action learning. Her research domain covers cynicism in organisations and social exchange between middle management and top management.
She is the faculty advisor of the MSc in Corporate Communications and Change Management of IAE AIX, and member of the Academic Council of the Euro*MBA. She has been visiting Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
She holds degrees in Philosophy and International Trade from the University of Barcelona (Spain), an MBA and a PhD from Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille University.
Binational, she has worked for 12 years in several companies in international positions, in Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, and France, before joining academia 8 years ago.
She is also a certified professional coach and a consultant in organisations.
