The IAE Aix Graduates School of Management, MBA Change & Innovation programme was created in 2000, and the first cohort graduated in 2001. 2011 celebrate the 10th anniversary of the MBA C&I !
What does a 10-year perspective tell us about the MBA C&I identity? The MBA C&I is a unique programme, driven by the values of proximity, solidity and authenticity. It attracts participants and professors from all around the world. After only 4 years of existence, it was accredited by AMBA, demonstrating its capacity to comply with the highest MBA standards. The MBA C&I approaches management complexity by constantly integrating the interactions between opposing dimensions that all managers must face: local and international, knowledge and creativity, short-term and long-term, cooperation and competition, shareholder value and stakeholder value, business and public values, analysis and intuition, practical tools and critical thinking. Yes, integrating means replacing the classic “or” with a flexible “and”.
The future of the MBA C&I involves increasing change and innovation, and continuously anchoring the attractiveness of the programme, of the school, of the region at a global level. It is also time to say “thank you”. Thanks to you, MBA alumni, for your enthusiasm and determination. Big thanks go to MBA professors and instructors, for your expertise and uniqueness. And also, thanks go out to the MBA administrative staff and other IAE Aix staff, for your involvement and commitment. The MBA C&I owes you everything. Happy 10 years !
