NegoSim could be used in face to face setting, but this Business Simulation has been designed to accommodate for virtual teamwork, with teams scattered all over the world in a full internet context, emulating the communication and negotiation processes between participants teams. The learning experience is done through interactions with all stakeholders, and market feedback on strategic decisions, that can, sometimes, prove to be really bad decisions..
