Like in most serious MBAs, the  MBA Change & Innovation participants learn about management models, methodologies and tools, discover new ways of approaching Business activities and stakes, how to enlarge their scope and acquire strategic thinking,  being effective leaders. Indeed, all these competencies are crucial to succeed in Business world. But this is not the most important for us; an MBA must offer more than  know-how.

 
In our conception, it must allow each participant to make a decisive transition at a personal level, and give him, or her, a chance to reinvent him (her) self as a professional.
All year long, our participants discover so many new options to manage and undertake that they naturally question themselves about the way they were, the way they would like to be, and who they could be in the immediate future.
Step by step, they conceive the ambitions they want to achieve in their professional life, the responsibilities they feel now ready to endorse  and make decisive personal choices.
Then, they start feeling and speaking about themselves differently, and feel ready to present themselves and behave differently in front of recruiters, managers and collaborators.
In one word, they reinvent their professional identity.
 
This process is not an easy one.
That is why we accompany each participant on his (her) own path, give him (her) the opportunity to work with professional coaches on their personal development and professional projects.
For us as trainers, the most important is not only that, after the MBA C&I, our alumni get much better positions in the Business world.
Our goal  is to see them better self-aligned, happier with their professional life, really leading it the way they want.
