Change management rests not only on technical skills and know-how, but requires also a great amount of personal self-knowledge and the development of one's emotional intelligence. This is why individual coaching sessions are offered to the participants throughout the MBA year.
These sessions are initiated with a feedback on a communication skills model. At the end of this first session, the participant chooses whether he/she wishes to pursue coaching. The topics addressed cover a wide range of issues such as : conflict management, leadership and communication skills. The MBA program offers "in situ" an excellent play-ground to practice new behaviors and develop self-awareness.
