Corporate Partnerships
The Corporate & Career Services Centre continuously enhances links between companies and participants. Career guidance is updated to corporate recruitment needs and expectations. The Corporate & Career Services Centre seeks to become a key partner for recruitment, business events, practices and networks within the national business community.
Among others, the CCSC of the IAE Aix provides its partner companies with:
- Information on IAE AIX programs and participants’ profiles through dedicated in-company visits or phone exchanges by the service Director, one day a week. This process allows us to systematically update placement trends, learn about companies’ corporate cultures, and provide alumni with up to date information about the job market
- Information regarding internship periods, on-campus events, recruitment opportunities, information passed on via e-mailings, newsletters, and direct contact
- A dedicated online services portal to post Career opportunities and recruiting events
- A catalogue presenting in-company group projects that our MBA may undertake
- A VIP membership to our “Corporate Circle” with access to dedicated services
- Companies are actively involved in our MBA participants training
Each year, the IAE AIX Career days outline international business development. The IAE Aix invites professionals to an interactive round table to debate export stakes, international mobility and internationalisation perspectives. The 2011 round table, among others, included Human Resources representatives from ST Microelectronics, CMA CGM, Eurocopter, Gemalto, Foselev, Avenir Telecom.
Speedworkshops and the Business and Consulting Projects offered by our corporate partners actively involve our MBA participants in the life of their companies and permit participants to deal with operational realities and strategic perspectives during the curricular year. During the international seminars, managers from our partner companies join our participants, offering a new occasion to network and exchange on business practices and trends.
The Corporate Fair, held in November, is another major event dedicated to strengthen the link between participants and companies. 50 companies or more come each year in IAE to meet our participants and alumni.
