My deep idea, while choosing an MBA, was “If you want something, just go for it. The choice of IAE and MBA CI had been mainly based on the perceived expertise and quality of the managing team I met during the open day. The AMBA and EQUIS accreditation gave me insurance about quality of the content and lectures for this MBA.

At the end of my MBA year, I stayed two months, as exchange period, in MDI Gurgaon, one of the top business Schools in India. This time allowed me to visit the country, get to know Indian culture and investigate the market.

"I finished the MBA with a more comprehensive understanding of business management and wider perspective on life.

My work experience, as executive and managing director, in small companies in different European countries give me a wide range of practical knowledge and a strong intercultural background. Now, in order to manage the step from small businesses to large international groups, I have chosen the IAE Aix-en-Provence, because this MBA program associates three main criteria:

In my daily job life the decision making tools, consulting models and strategic analysis methods are very helpful to build strong and sounded reasoning. Interpersonal relationships are now easier to manage thanks to the communication and coaching sessions.

I will never forget the great synergies within our MBA student group, the mutual aid but also challenge.

I joined the programme at IAE having completed 14 years practical experience of International HR and Change Management.

Though greatly immersed in change, my decision to come to IAE was, however, because I had not in fact ever really studied change. I had therefore begun a search for a programme that would advance my skills and knowledge in this field.

The programme offered at IAE was enough for me to decide that I should invest in a career break and immerse myself for 15 months in this challenging programme.

Thus this programme was enormously beneficial in helping understand, shape and test-out the nature of change in today's working world.
